Items are needed for the Raffle Baskets for the Fall Carnival on Friday, November 3rd. Below is a list of which class has which themed basket. Please have donations to the classrooms by Tuesday, October 31st.

 

• Kindergarten -- Arts & Crafts Basket (coloring books, crayons, glue, tape, etc.)

• 1st Grade -- Coffee & Tea Basket (mugs, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, etc.)

• 2nd Grade -- Silver/Gold Color Themed Basket (candy, jewelry, get creative!)

• 3rd Grade -- Lights, Camera, Movie Night Basket (DVDs, popcorn, candy, etc.)

• 4th Grade -- Fast Food Basket (gift cards, coupons, etc.)

• 5th Grade -- Spa Day Basket (bath salts, lotion, sugar scrub, etc.)

• 6th Grade -- Tailgate/BBQ Basket (grill utensils, games, serving trays, etc.)

• 7th Grade -- U of A Basket (cooler, cups, hats, t-shirts, etc.)

• 8th Grade -- Snacker's Delight Basket (nuts, cookies, chips, soda, juice, etc.)

• Office/Specials -- Parent's Night Out (monetary donations, gift certificates)

Our Fall Carnival is Friday, November 3rd! Time is flying by and it will be here before we know it. A ticket/wristband order form has been sent home. Please fill it out and send it to the Office with payment as soon as possible if you plan to order in advance. If you have yet to receive or see the order form, stop by the Office for an extra form.

We are looking forward to a spectacular evening!

Pennies for Pasta kicks off on Monday, October 16th! Students will receive a money box to keep all their change that is collected. All proceeds support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The event will run from October 16th thru October 27th. The class that raises the most money will receive a pasta party! Below is a total for EACH classroom:

1st place: $143.47 (3rd Grade)

2nd place: $108.23 (1st Grade)

3rd place: $87.36 (4th Grade)

4th place: $54.74 (6th Grade)

5th place: $53.70 (5th Grade)

6th place: $52.92 (8th Grade)

7th place: $42.85 (Kindergarten)

8th place: $34.70 (2nd Grade)

9th place: $14.89 (7th Grade)

 

Checks are to be made out to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Join us for our Annual Veteran's Day Program to be held Thursday, November 9th at 10:30 am.

Anyone and everyone is invited to attend the program!

 

 

 

Student Attire for the Program:

K - 2nd: White Polo and Navy Blue Bottoms

3rd - 5th: Royal Blue Polo (not baby blue or navy blue) and Navy Blue Bottoms

6th - 8th: Red Polo (not maroon) and Navy Blue Bottoms

Enrichment Program Hours:

Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Pricing:

$5.00 per individual or $8.00 per family billable in 15 minute increments.

 

The Enrichment Program will NOT be available on half days. 

Billing Statements will be sent home weekly. Statements are to be paid in a timely manner. Payment methods include cash, check (made payable to Shawn Chilton) or through the PayPal account. If you would like to pay through the Enrichment Program PayPal account, please click on the following LINK.
