Many thanks to all who were able to attend and bring their friends. The Show Choir, under the direction of Mr. Claridge, gave another outstanding performance. Many thanks to Ms. Nichols and Mrs. Livingood for organizing the event; to the faculty, staff and students for their support; to the alumni who shared their Carden experience; to Mr. Gardner and his crew who made certain chairs, tables, and sound system were ready to go and that the campus and classrooms were in tip-top shape.
Thanks to the PTO, under the direction of Mrs. Kelsch, for providing and serving the food; and all students and parents who helped clean up. Special thanks for Brushfire BBQ for donating the delicious cornbread.

The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum Supports Carden of Tucson!
Carden of Tucson is proud to announce that the second grade was awarded an annule sponsorship to bring students to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.
Every year the second graders are able to visit the Desert Museum and learn interesting information about our wildlife and native habitat. With the provision of these funds, both Carden and the Desert Museum have secured this opportunity for future Carden students.
Mae Carden thought of the week:
The purpose of education is to teach individuals to think and develop good judgment.
