STATEMENT OF WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE GOVERNING BOARD FOR CARDEN OF TUCSON, INC. WILL BE POSTED
To: The Honorable Secretary Of State and The Citizens Of Arizona
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 (A) (2), Carden of Tucson, Inc. hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Carden of Tucson Governing Board and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted at the Nannini Library at 7300 N. Shannon during their regular business hours, posted on the door of Carden School at 5260 N. Royal Palm Drive, and published in the Territorial Newspaper. Meeting schedules are also noticed in the Carden School Newsletter that is distributed to parents and staff each Friday when school is in session.
Specific agendas for each meeting will be posted on the office door at 5260 N. Royal Palm Drive, Tucson and on Carden of Tucson’s website. Copies may be obtained upon request.
Each agenda notices the date, time and place of each meeting, as well as specific information to be discussed.
