Back to School Night!

We had a great turn out Monday, August 5th to our "Back to School Night"! The parents had a chance to meet with the teachers, hear how the classroom operates and the expectations of the teacher for the students.

If you were unable to attend please make an appointment with the teachers so you will be informed.

Carden Needs Your Help!

Carden is looking for a recommendation of someone who can look at Carden's heating/cooling system to determine if they are the right size units. Please call or email Mrs. Jeppson if you have a person or company.

Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who took a minute to answer a couple of questions on Parent Teacher Conferences! We are in the process of putting together a comprehensive program!

Your opinion is valued!

Peace-builders T-shirt Design Chosen!

A big "thank you" to all the students who submitted entries to the Peacebuilders shirt design contest.

The design of Lincoln Rasmussen, whose design will be used on the front and Maeona Mosiley whose design will appear on the back of the shirt were selected.

Order forms will be sent home next week!

Congratulations Lincoln and Maeona!

Gate Closings!

To improve school safety after school, all gates, except the main gate will be closed at 3:15. In the morning, all gates, except the main gate will closed at 8:40 and opened at 2:30.

If you have any question please see the office.

Mae Carden thought of the week:

"Explain to the child that he is going to hear many, many, mis-statements, that mis-statements do not alter the facts, and that he should just be glad that he knows the truth. Teach him to have a sense of humor about it."
