      February 6, 2026

Good afternoon. Thank you for your flexibility with today’s noon dismissal. Our early release days provide teachers with valuable time for professional development focused on strengthening instruction and supporting student learning across all grade levels.

During the afternoon, our Intermediate and Middle School teachers participated in training on a program designed to increase student engagement and motivation. This program will help teachers more effectively connect learning goals with meaningful classroom experiences, encouraging students to take an active role in their learning.
Thank you to Ms. Gaddis for bringing this opportunity to our teachers.

At the same time, our Primary teachers spent the afternoon reviewing supplemental language arts curriculum. Their focus was on identifying resources that support students in all areas of reading and writing, helping to meet the diverse needs of our learners and strengthen foundational literacy skills.

We appreciate your continued support as we invest in professional learning opportunities that directly benefit our students. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and thank you for being a valued partner in your child’s education.
