Wow! What a wonderful week the teachers had! A HUGE thank you to PTO and so many kind and generous families who spoiled them this week. We are so grateful for you and the thought that went into everything.

Dance Festival
Friday, May 15th we will be having our end of year dance festival. Friends and family are invited to come watch. We will be meeting at the Sporting Chance building. Please use the link below to let us know if you will be driving your kids to Sporting Chance or not.

Field Day - May 20th
Permission slips have been sent home. We look forward to this fun event! We will be going to Lava Island as a whole school!

Come to school prepared with:
|
- Backpack
- Play clothes: appropriate for school and for physical activity
- Grippy Socks (bring your own or for purchase at Lava Island $3)
- Water bottle
- Packed Lunch (no pizza available)
- Snack

How to Help Carden Grow:
- SHARE our social media ads, we post on Instagram and Facebook. Use the arrow button to share it on your own account.
- WORD OF MOUTH - tell friends and families near you about why you love Carden. Think of your gyms, churches, sports teams, parent groups, neighbors and other places you visit.
- FLYERS - we have flyers available in the office if you have anywhere you can hang them up. Gyms, churches, etc.

The kickball game today between the teachers and middle school students was a lot of fun to watch! While the teachers came away with the win, our middle school students played hard and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship throughout the game. We are proud of the positive attitude and teamwork they displayed from start to finish.
|
As we head into the weekend, we would also like to wish all of our mothers and families a very Happy Mother’s Day! Thank you for the countless ways you support and encourage our students every day.
|
We are also looking forward to next week’s Dance Festival. Students have been working incredibly hard preparing for their performances, and we are excited to see their dedication and creativity come to life. We know it will be a wonderful event for our school community. Please invite friends and family to attend and see what Carden is all about.

Please remember that the Dance Festival will take place during a regular school day, so attendance is expected for all students. Transportation will be available if needed.
