Hello Carden Families,
We will be hosting Parent/Teacher Conference on Monday, Feb. 26th, Tuesday, Feb. 27th and Wednesday, Feb. 28th. Meetings will be held before school and after school. Please check your calendars and choose a time slot that works best for you. Anyone requesting a ZOOM meeting will need to contact the specific teacher to have that set-up. We would love 100% participation from our families.

We’ve wrapped up another wonderful week at Carden. Over the past couple of days our classes have welcomed two different groups from the University of Arizona, the 4th/5th grade worked with a group from the College of Economics and our middle school worked with the Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Achievement (MESA) Program. These programs supported classroom learning and allowed for our students to connect with the Tucson community.

Progress Reports will be sent home on Monday, February 12th. These reports will provide you with an up-to-date status of your child and their schoolwork. Progress Reports do not show on a Report Card but should help to frame parent teacher conferences. If you are concerned with your child’s assessments this quarter, I encourage you to sign up for a conference with your child’s teacher.
