  • Next PTO Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28th at 3:15 PM in MPR room. Come and give us your input . 

  • "Trivia Night" will be held on Friday, August 17th  at 6:30 PM.  This is scheduled to be lots fun with games, food and prizes.  Everyone invited.  Watch for more information coming soon. 

  • Lunch orders for the week of August 20th, 21st & 22nd must be turned inon Monday, August 13th.   Please remember that the order you turned in on Monday is for the next week.

Please mark Saturday. September 15th on your calendar as this will be our annual Constitution Program which will be at the Berger Theater on the ASDB Campus.  Rehearsal will be from 9 AM to noon on the 15th and the program will start at 6:30 PM.  We want all children to participate so please let us know ASAP if your children will not be able to attend.  

We are asking that every child be registered in the After School Program (even if you never use it) so that if an emergency should arise and you are not able to arrive by 3:30 PM or if you have to drop your children off before 8 AM they will have a place to go.  If you need forms please contact Mrs. O'Leary or the office.

Please use the car pool line when picking up or dropping off students.  If you need to go to office, park in the parking lot. 

Please call the office if your child is absent.

Children are to wear white or red tops and blue bottoms on Fridays.


Our STEP program is in need of the following items to build a water conservation unit for our Fall Project.  Any donations or information as to where to obtain the following items would be greatly appreciated.  All items need to turned in to the school by Friday, August 17th.  Any questions please contact Ms. Palmateer at mpalameer@cardenoftucson.org

  • (3) 45-55 gallon trash can (plastic) with tight fitting lids (also plastic) preferably round.

  • (3) pieces of 12"x12" screen

  • PVC glue (1 container)

  • Gutter pieces (elbows and such) for 3 gutters

  • (3) Metal faucets

  • (3) Rubber washers

  • (3) Lock nuts

  • (30) Cinder Blocks
