1. Committee Reports:
   1. Director’s Report – Mrs. Jeppson
      1. Book Fair is coming up this week Thurs. and Fri.
      2. Free School Lunch offered on Thurs., Feb. 13^th
      3. Science Fair will be held Feb. 18^th (grades K – 5) and Feb. 19^th (grades 6-8)
      4. Rodeo Program with Grandparents Day coming up on Wednesday, Feb. 19^th
      5. Carden Demonstrations will be held March 6^th and 7^th
      6. Carden 5K Fun Run on March 8^th at 9:00am
      7. Carden School Spirit Week March 10^th – 14^th
   2. President’s Report – Mrs. Moseley
      1. School improvements will be discussed under new business
   3. Treasurer’s Report – Mrs. Quiroz

      1. Yard Sale – $470.95

      2. Carden Cougar Campaign (to date) – $1,268.00

      3. Weekly Lunches – $4,717.00

   4. Volunteer Coordinator update – Mrs. Oldham

      1. Several volunteers still needed for:

         Book Fair – volunteer during day shift Thurs or Friday

         Rodeo Program – Food donations needed

         Carden 5K Fun Run – still need a few more volunteers

1. Teacher Liaison update – Mrs. Gardner

                    No news to report at this time.

1. Old Business:
   1. Carden 5K Fun Run:  Mrs. Oldham shared:

• T-shirt design
• Items needed from school the day of the race
• Few more volunteers needed
• Letter for sponsorship to give to companies
• Encouraged us to talk about the race

1. New Business:
   1. A discussion about school improvements was held.  Technology, carpeting, bookcases, commercial refrigerator, etc. were all items that were discussed.
   2. Further details will need to be gathered in order to make a decision about which school improvements need to be completed first.
   3. Spirit Week Daily Themes (March 10^th -14^th)
      1.   Monday: Pajamas
      2.   Tuesday: Hero/Favorite Career Professional
      3.   Wednesday: Favorite Sport/Team
      4.   Thursday: Favorite Decade
      5.    Friday: Crazy Hair or Hat    More information will follow.

      1. Future Agenda Items:

      1. Follow up on school improvement data to make a decision.
