We would like to THANK everyone that came and supported our Annual Constitution Program this last weekend. The students did a fabulous job and were excited to put on the show for their parents and family! There were many comments made that this was the BEST Constitution Program yet!

Fall Break is HERE! Can't believe how fast the 1st quarter passed. Have a wonderful break! 

 

School resumes on Monday, October 17th.

Pennies for Pasta will begin on Monday, October 17th! Students will receive a money box that Monday to collect lose change. Start saving those pennies to help support such a great cause!

Our Annual Fall Carnival will be held on Friday, November 4th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Below is a list of the Basket Themes for EACH classroom. Keep an eye out in this Friday's packet with more detailed descriptions of each theme and ticket information. Any items or donations are greatly appreciated and the PTO would like to have all items turned into the classrooms by Tuesday, November 2nd.

Our Monthly Dinner Fundraiser Night will be on Wednesday, October 19th from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Panda Express. The Panda Express is located at 1900 W. River Rd. A flyer MUST be presented to the cashier in order for the school to receive the proceeds of 20%. Look for the flyer in the Friday packet!

ANY Parent who will be driving on upcoming field trips MUST submit a copy of their Driver's License, Insurance Card and Declaration Page of their Insurance. We ask that all information be turned in physically to the Office the day BEFORE the field trip. Sending information via e-mail and fax is not acceptable. This will ensure that the Office has all needed information and not a scramble the day of the field trip. Any questions, contact the Office.

Students who will be absent due to an illness or for any other matter, parents MUST call into the Office to report the absence before 9:00 am. To report an absence, call 520.293.6661.

Enrichment Program Hours: 

Monday - Friday

Morning: 7:00 am to 8:00 am

Afternoon: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Any Half Days, The Enrichment Program will NOT be available. Students MUST be picked up by 12:15 pm.

Billing Statements will be sent home weekly. Statements are to be paid in a timely manner. If you would like to pay through the Enrichment Program PayPal account, please click on the following link.

DOLL HOUSE RAFFLE!

Dear Carden Students & Families,

Each student has been given 5 tickets to sell for $5 each for the Doll House Raffle. Proceeds will go to the library fund at Carden. Please return stubs and money to Mrs. Martinez as soon as possible to be entered into the drawing or return unsold tickets to the office. Remember, the family who sells the most tickets will be rewarded with a $50 Walmart gift card.
