Dance Festival A Great Success!
Carden's Second Annual Dance Festival was a standing room only success.
Many, many thanks to Mr. Claridge and the children for a wonderful, entertaining program.
The many hours of preparation paid big dividends.
Thanks to Homer Davis Elementary School for the use of their facility.
Spaghetti Dinner, Book Fair & Talent Show was another successful event. Many thanks to Mrs. Salapanov (Sienna Carpenter's grandmother) for the delicious spaghetti sauce, the teachers and staff for preparing and serving, Kudos to Mr. Claridge and the children who displayed the wonderful talents and Mrs. Kelsch and Miss Boyle for manning the book fair. Thanks to all who helped clean up
To improve school safety, all gates, except the main gate will be closed at 3:15. Starting in the 2013-2014 school year, gates will close at 8:40 and open at 2:30.

Community Awareness Meeting!
The Carden Faculty, Administration, and Governing Board hosted a community awareness meeting on Friday, May 17th. Attendees were provided an update on Carden of Tucson's current status and great new things coming in the 2013-2014 school year!
A written summary was given to each family in attendance. If you were not able to attend check with Miss Gardner in the office for a copy.

We are asking that every child be registered in the After School Program (even if you never use it) so that if an emergency should arise and you are not able to arrive by 3:30 PM or if you have to drop your children off before 8 AM they will have a place to go. If you need forms please contact Mrs. O'Leary or the office.
Please use the car pool line when picking up or dropping off students. If you need to go to office, park in the parking lot.
Please call the office if your child is absent.
Children are asked to wear white or red tops and blue bottoms on Fridays.
