It’s Thanksgiving week! What a fun time to learn about the pilgrims and being thankful 🙂
On Monday, the students made finger puppets and reenacted the first Thanksgiving for their classmates 🙂 It was great to see the students working and collaborating together.
Tuesday we had a fun writing activity about who (or what) is best to carve the Thanksgiving turkey.
Today, we made and named Turkey puppets and watched Second grade perform the classic story Stone Soup. We then had the opportunity to watch the Peanuts travel with the Pilgrims to America and have the first Thanksgiving!
